Purpose/Role
Senior Director, US Marketing – OTTAVA (soft-tissue surgical robotics). Own US-specific product marketing, clinical marketing, Centers of Excellence (CoE) strategy, and field marketing (non-executional). Primary downstream interface to Global Product Management and Global Brand/Comms; partner with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Education, Sales Enablement, and Commercial Operations.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Downstream product management and US value proposition localization across clinical, economic, and operational dimensions.
- Translate global strategy/roadmap/evidence into US value narratives reflecting clinical practice, customer economics, and buying dynamics.
- Define value articulation to surgeons and hospital leadership across the customer lifecycle; provide US insights to global teams.
- Lead US clinical marketing: convert evidence and real-world experience into messaging; engage KOLs/early adopters; gather clinical/market insights (procedure mix, workflow impact, utilization, competition).
- Own US customer advocacy and CoE strategy; define CoE criteria; create repeatable assets (case studies, testimonials, stories); maintain reference-site relationships.
- Build and own a downstream marketing plan and governance for localized US messaging; align messaging with onboarding/adoption/utilization; monitor adoption/performance signals.
- Marketing communications: translate brand/product strategy into US messaging; co-develop campaigns for adoption/utilization/expansion; ensure end-to-end customer experience across touchpoints.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s required; MBA/advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 12+ years in MedTech/complex healthcare: product marketing, downstream product management, or commercial marketing.
- Proven localization of global products into market-specific value propositions.
- Strong clinical marketing and KOL engagement; ability to synthesize clinical/economic/operational inputs.
- Leadership experience in matrixed orgs; track record launching complex capital/robotic platforms and surgery procedural marketing.

Preferred
- Launch-phase/high-growth experience; strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership.
