Role: Senior Director of US Market Access Strategy for povetacicept (POVE) in IgA Nephropathy (IgAN) and future indications, leading market access and commercialization efforts. Responsibilities: develop payer marketing, pricing, contracting, and evidence strategies; oversee launch readiness; address access barriers; create market access resources; lead a team of 3-4; manage external vendors; establish KPIs; advise internal and external stakeholders.
