Senior Director, Total Rewards

Role: Senior Director, Total Rewards overseeing strategy, design, and governance of compensation, equity, benefits, and recognition programs for Eikon Therapeutics' high-growth biopharma environment. Responsibilities: develop total rewards strategies aligned with business and talent goals; lead broad-based and executive compensation, equity programs; manage health, welfare, retirement, and leave benefits; ensure compliance with SEC, SOX, IRS, and applicable regulations; oversee Total Rewards technology, reporting, and analytics; collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership to support workforce planning and communication. Requirements: postgraduate degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent with 12+ years of relevant experience; extensive experience in Total Rewards within biotech, pharma, or high-growth sectors; prior leadership of a Rewards team; deep expertise in compensation strategy, executive pay, equity, and benefits; strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and governance; advanced HRIS and compensation tools proficiency; CCP and/or CEP designations preferred. HighValue: experience supporting clinical-stage biotech post-IPO growth; familiarity with SEC/SOX, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA compliance; strategic partnership with Compensation Committee; experience with SuccessFactors.
