Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global marketing strategy for Caris AI Insights and future AI-enabled software offerings.
- Define/evolve positioning, value proposition, and differentiation of the platform.
- Build market narratives around AI-powered precision medicine, clinical decision intelligence, multimodal oncology data integration, personalized treatment strategies, and predictive insights.
- Create differentiated messaging explaining how the platform turns complex oncology data into actionable clinical intelligence.
- Lead product marketing (launches, feature releases, platform enhancements, strategic partnerships) and drive audience-specific content for oncologists, clinical care teams, health system executives, academic medical centers, precision medicine programs, pharma/biotech, and research institutions.
- Translate AI/ML, genomic, and clinical capabilities into customer-centric outcomes.
- Partner with Product, Medical Affairs, Technology, and leadership to align commercialization with product vision and support precision treatment decisions and improved patient outcomes.
- Develop customer evidence, use cases, value frameworks, and ROI models; create collateral, sales tools, competitive positioning, and launch plans.
- Lead thought leadership and customer advocacy; drive awareness through conferences, publications, webinars, media, and events.
- Build sales enablement for enterprise adoption; create executive/field materials and ROI models.
- Monitor market trends; conduct competitive/customer research; identify emerging opportunities; gather feedback to refine strategy.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing software marketing team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
- 12+ years progressive experience in software/SaaS/AI/healthcare technology/data platform/life sciences marketing.
- 5+ years leading product/platform/go-to-market teams.
- Proven success launching/scaling enterprise SaaS/analytics/AI platforms.
- Expertise in positioning, messaging, commercialization, segmentation, and sales enablement.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales motions with executive/clinical/technical buyers.
- Ability to market complex platforms by translating to measurable customer/clinical/business outcomes.
- Experience developing value propositions and commercialization strategies for data-intensive software/analytics/AI.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills; strong cross-functional leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Oncology/precision medicine/molecular diagnostics/healthcare AI/clinical informatics/pharma technology experience.
- Experience marketing AI/analytics/decision support/software platforms/enterprise data solutions.
- Familiarity with AI/ML producing predictive insights/clinical decision support/treatment recommendations.
- Experience commercializing actionable intelligence from large healthcare/life sciences datasets.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory/privacy/compliance requirements.
- Experience with healthcare providers, academic medical centers, pharma, or research organizations.
