Senior Director, Site Engagement & Field Reimbursement

Role: Senior Director, Site Engagement & Field Reimbursement responsible for building and leading the field organization to support the launch of DT120, a psychedelic-based psychiatric treatment. Objectives include ensuring site readiness for treatment delivery and establishing reimbursement pathways. Responsibilities encompass leading the reimbursement and site engagement teams, developing billing and coding strategies (J-code, G-code, CPT), and aligning with internal stakeholders on launch timelines and site support. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (MBA or higher preferred), 15+ years in market access or reimbursement within specialty pharma, experience with buy-and-bill models, CMS coding, and site-of-care networks. Leadership experience managing managers/directors and building field teams is required. High-value biopharma specifics involve late-stage psychiatric therapeutics, potentially involving complex administration therapies, with a focus on regulatory and operational aspects of reimbursement and site activation. The role entails 50%+ domestic travel, operates in a pre-launch environment, and reports to the VP of Market Access.
