Sr Director, Senior Leadership Development

Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a robust, forward-looking, innovative leadership development strategy for senior leadership
- Build high-impact learning experiences tied to organizational culture and leadership philosophy
- Develop and curate curriculums and programs to enhance leadership capabilities, business acumen, and core competencies
- Partner with HR Business Partners to support succession planning for business-critical senior leadership roles; build multi-year roadmaps and individualized succession readiness plans
- Create and lead a senior leadership mentoring program; drive mentor/mentee relationships and track outcomes
- Develop, own, and continuously improve the global senior leadership learning curriculum
- Design and deliver executive development initiatives aligned with the 70:20:10 model
- Identify and manage external partnerships to co-create/source development programs
- Build and facilitate learning initiatives for cross-functional program team leadership and emerging leaders
- Manage executive coaching vendor relationships (assess and match coaches to employees)
- Design and facilitate onboarding programs for senior leader success and accelerated time-to-impact
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align recruitment with succession and leadership development needs
- Own development content and experiences for the Leadership Summit group
- Benchmark industry-leading executive development, onboarding, and succession experiences

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field; Masterโ€™s degree a plus
- 12+ years progressive experience in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related HR; 3โ€“5+ years executive-level development experience
- Prior experience in Pharma and/or Biotech required

Preferred/Required Skills:
- Experience designing and implementing senior leadership and cross-functional program leader development strategies with measurable impact
- Experience facilitating global, cross-functional senior leader learning using multiple modalities (instructor-led, eLearning, social learning)
- Experience with succession planning frameworks, leadership assessments, and development planning
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Executive coaching experience and/or certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of adult learning, coaching, mentoring, and leadership competency models
- Strong collaboration/consulting with global senior stakeholders; impactful facilitation and executive presence
- Strong program management; ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and other learning/content tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Travel Requirements:
- Occasional domestic travel (~10%)

Work Location:
- Hybrid role based in Bridgewater, NJ (remote most of the time with in-person collaboration as needed)

Pay Range:
- $214,000.00โ€“292,000.00 annual
