Sr Director, Senior Leadership Development

Role Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a robust, forward-looking leadership development strategy for senior leadership.
- Build high-impact learning experiences tied to organizational culture and leadership philosophy.
- Develop and curate curricula and programs to enhance leadership capabilities, business acumen, and core competencies.
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support succession planning for business-critical senior roles; build multi-year roadmaps for bench strength and individualized succession readiness plans.
- Create and lead a senior leadership mentoring program; drive mentor/mentee relationships and track program outcomes.
- Develop, own, and continuously improve the global senior leadership learning curriculum.
- Design and deliver executive development initiatives aligned to the 70:20:10 model.
- Identify and manage external partnerships to co-create or source development programs.
- Build and facilitate learning initiatives for cross-functional program team leaders (global, cross-functional/cross-cultural) and emerging leaders.
- Manage executive coaching vendor relationships (assess coaches; match to employees as needed).
- Design and facilitate onboarding programs for senior leader success and accelerated time-to-impact.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition (TA) to align recruitment strategies with succession and leadership development needs.
- Own development content and experiences for the Leadership Summit group.
- Benchmark executive development, onboarding, and succession experiences.

Qualifications / Required Skills
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 12+ years progressive experience in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related HR disciplines.
- 3โ€“5+ years focused experience in executive-level development.
- Prior experience in Pharma and/or Biotech required.
- Travel: occasional domestic travel (~10%).

Preferred Skills / Additional Qualifications
- Masterโ€™s degree.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing senior leadership and cross-functional leader development strategies with measurable impact.
- Experience facilitating global learning using multiple synchronous/asynchronous modalities (ILT, eLearning, social learning).
- Experience with succession planning frameworks, leadership assessments, and development planning.
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
- Executive coaching experience and/or certification preferred.
- Deep knowledge of adult learning, coaching, mentoring, and leadership competency models.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder consulting, facilitation skills, and executive presence.
- Strong program management; ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Proficient in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and learning/content tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
