Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product and project management professionals.
- Partner with PDM Product Strategy Team Leads to support a diverse portfolio of small molecule and biologics drug candidates across development and commercial stages.
- Serve as SME for commercial product project management, with deep knowledge of commercial product milestones.
- Lead, coach, and develop project managers (PMs) at various career levels.
- Use and provide feedback on templated tools and processes for the PDM Team System (e.g., tools for capturing a productโ€™s strategy on a single page).
- Work in partnership with PDM Product Strategy Leads to develop, gain approval for, and execute product strategy, including key milestones, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Support implementation/iteration of G.Plan (Planisware) and G.Plan product templates; ensure accurate data flow into milestone planning and resource-allocation tools.
- Implement processes for PMs to collect product budget information per product; support product portfolio reporting and analytics.
- Support and manage Director-level PMsโ€™ work on non-product projects.

Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA with 14+ years of experience
- OR MS/MA or MBA with 12+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences or relevant business discipline (e.g., MBA) with 15+ years of diverse post-graduate experience in pharmaceuticals/biosciences or related industry.
- Proven track record PMโ€™ing commercial biopharma programs with Commercial teams.
- Strategic commercial acumen (launch planning, market access, pricing, promotional strategy).
- Proven experience leading end-to-end tech transfer (E2E TT) for commercial manufacturing; manage tech transfers to/from CDMOs (timelines, risk mitigation, documentation, cross-functional coordination).
- Familiarity with commercial compliance, promotional review processes (MLR/PRC), and labeling constraints.
- Ability to partner with product/project leaders to set vision and strategy for cross-functional teams.
- Ability to navigate highly networked environments; strong influencing skills.
- Expertise in developing/managing project scope, deliverables, risks, and resource requirements.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must be able to understand and communicate scientific and business elements for pharmaceutical/biotech products.
- Experience leading PM teams.
