Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for the Oncology Therapy Selection portfolio, aligning with corporate objectives and long-term goals.
- Provide strategic leadership and coaching to Product Marketing Directors for MI Cancer Seek and Caris Assure.
- Define differentiated product positioning, value propositions, and messaging based on clinical utility, health economic value, and patient outcomes.
- Lead commercialization strategies, including launch planning, market expansion, new product introductions, and lifecycle management.
- Build customer segmentation, targeting, and channel strategies for oncologists, community providers, health systems, and partners.
- Partner with Sales Leadership on field enablement (tools, training, messaging, customer engagement resources).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align product strategy, evidence generation, and commercialization.
- Translate scientific/clinical evidence into compelling marketing and customer-facing communications.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and emerging evidence to refine positioning, messaging, pricing, and commercialization.
- Incorporate voice-of-customer feedback and real-world evidence into portfolio strategy.
- Partner with Market Access on clinical/economic value communication to support reimbursement and payer engagement.
- Support KOL engagement, scientific communications, conference strategy, and brand-building.
- Influence product roadmap decisions with commercial insights.
- Establish performance metrics and optimize execution.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH/PhD/MD or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 12+ years progressive experience in product marketing/commercial strategy or related leadership in healthcare/life sciences/diagnostics/precision medicine.
- Experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading product launches and commercialization with sustained revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of clinical evidence generation, regulatory requirements, reimbursement, and healthcare market dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor marketing teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication; strong cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
