Senior Director, Pricing Strategy & Operations (Pharma or Bio Experience Required)

Role: Senior Director of Pricing Strategy & Operations at DBV Technologies, focused on developing and managing the pricing and contracting strategies for Viaskin Peanut, a pediatric biologic immunotherapy. Responsibilities include formulating list price recommendations, designing gross-to-net and rebate frameworks across commercial and government channels, leading payer/PBM contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and government pricing laws. The role entails close collaboration with Market Access, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to translate complex pricing decisions into field-ready access strategies. The candidate will oversee financial modeling, monitor policy changes, and support contract governance. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or Life Sciences; 12+ years in pharma/biotech with 8+ years in pricing, contracting, or gross-to-net management, especially within managed care or market access. Expertise in payer/PBM contract design, Medicaid best price, and government pricing compliance is essential. Preferred: experience with biologic launches, value-based contracting, and immunology or allergy markets. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, regulatory knowledge, and leadership capabilities. Location: Warren, NJ, with a 3-day onsite requirement, salary range $240-270K.
