Senior Director, Pricing Strategy & Operations (Pharma or Bio Experience Required)

Role: Senior Director of Pricing Strategy & Operations for a pediatric biologic, overseeing the full pricing lifecycle including list price recommendation, gross-to-net modeling, and contract design to ensure formulary access and financial sustainability. Responsibilities: develop pricing architecture based on market and payer analysis; lead payer and PBM contract negotiations; maintain and model gross-to-net forecasts; ensure compliance with healthcare regulations; partner with Legal, Finance, and Account Management teams to translate policies into field strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or Life Sciences; 12+ years in pharma/biotech with 8+ years in pricing/contracting, including managed care or market access; expertise in Medicaid best price, rebate structures, and government pricing; strong financial modeling skills. Preferred: experience with biologic launches, value-based contracting, immunology or pediatric markets; direct legal collaboration on healthcare contracts.
