Senior Director, People responsibilities:
- Lead HR People Partners (HRPPs) and People Operations (POPS) teams; provide organizational oversight, strategic counsel, and hands-on support.
- Deliver HR solutions across performance/compensation planning, manager/executive coaching, org design & talent planning, employee relations, and succession planning.
- Oversee POPS for HR ops, benefits administration, HR systems, and people analytics; manage end-to-end employee experience (inquiries, transactions, benefits/onboarding/offboarding, leave administration, ADA compliance, Workers’ Comp, COBRA, COE support, reporting/analytics).
- Partner with HR COEs to design and implement programs to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent.
- Optimize and integrate HR workflows/systems; ensure data integrity and regular data cleaning.
- Use People Analytics for strategic reporting/metrics; bridge leader/employee needs with HR systems strategy.
- Other duties as assigned.

Position requirements:
- Bachelor’s +17 years, or Master’s +14 years, or PhD +10 years related experience.
- Progressive HR experience; at least 2 years in management/team leadership, including strategic HR business partnering.
- Experience leading organization-wide initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Deep HRBP, organizational transformation, talent development, and change management; consult/coach/influence senior executives; lead cross-functional initiatives.
- HR Operations and HR Systems expertise; strong organization and project management; can manage competing demands.
- Hands-on, innovative, efficiency/simplicity mindset.
- Highly collaborative; strong relationship-building, emotional intelligence, empathy, coaching/listening, and conflict-resolution.

Preferred:
- Technology or life sciences experience.
- International business experience.

Compensation (posted): Salary range $231,800–$347,800; equity grant; bonus eligible.
