Senior Director Payer Account Lead

Role: Lead U.S. payer account strategy and engagement for sonelokimab, a novel biopharma in clinical-stage inflammatory disease treatment. Responsibilities: map and prioritize payer accounts (GPOs, PBMs, IDNs), develop and execute pre- and post-approval payer strategies, lead PIE discussions, support formulary positioning, pricing, contracting, and reimbursement efforts; manage cross-functional teams and external relationships at senior levels. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years in U.S. market access or payer account management; senior relationships with major accounts, experience in specialty or rare disease launches preferred.
