Senior Director, Outcomes, Value & Access

Role: Senior Director, Outcomes, Value & Access, leading health economics, real-world evidence, and payer engagement strategies to support Kymera's immunology pipeline. Responsibilities: develop and execute integrated outcomes and access strategies, oversee HEOR activities including economic modeling and outcomes research, build payer relationships, and guide evidence generation for product commercialization. Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Regulatory teams; lead external stakeholder engagement and HTA readiness efforts. Requirements: advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, MS/MPH), 10+ years in Medical Affairs, HEOR, or Market Access within biopharma; proven leadership in developing payer-focused HEOR strategies, RWE programs, and value communication tools; strong immunology therapeutic experience (dermatology or respiratory preferred). High-Value: focus on immunology, especially dermatology and respiratory, early to launch-stage products, US healthcare economics, HTA, and payer stakeholder engagement. Work setup: not specified.
