Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leaders and People Success Partners to align organizational strategies with business priorities.
- Assess organizational effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead organization design initiatives (operating model evolution, role clarity, team effectiveness, governance, workforce alignment).
- Develop recommendations balancing business needs, employee experience, organizational health, and long-term growth.
- Ensure structures support career development, talent mobility, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Equip People Success Partners with frameworks/tools for organizational design, workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Facilitate leadership discussions to align design principles, decision rights, operating model implications, and change readiness.
- Develop workforce and capability strategies; translate enterprise needs into learning, leadership development, and talent programs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition/Experience; assess workforce trends, evolving skills, and emerging technologies (including AI).
- Support succession planning and talent reviews; integrate workforce planning, job architecture, skills, succession, development, and organizational design.
- Lead change initiatives; conduct impact assessments/readiness evaluations; create change management strategies/tools; coach leaders/teams; reinforce culture/values.
- Establish metrics/frameworks; identify organizational risks/barriers; provide executive-ready insights; monitor progress and measurable impact.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelorβs degree (advanced degree preferred).
- 12+ years in organizational strategy/effectiveness, human capital consulting, workforce strategy, transformation, talent management, or related.
- Management consulting plus in-house life sciences/biotech/pharma/healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Proven transformation/workforce/enterprise capability-building leadership; influence senior leaders across complex matrix organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving.
- Ability to translate business strategy into talent/organizational solutions; build scalable frameworks/tools/governance without complexity.
- Strong consulting orientation; diagnose/synthesize; develop pragmatic recommendations.
- Travel up to 15%.

- High-growth biotech/pharma/healthcare/innovation-driven experience.
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, change management, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, AI-enabled workforce strategies, future-of-work.
- Experience partnering across HR centers of excellence and People Business Partner teams.

- Target base pay range: $219,000.00β$285,000.00.
