Senior Director, Oncology Medical Affairs

Your Contribution:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive medical affairs strategies for the oncology portfolio
- Provide expert medical and scientific guidance to cross-functional teams (clinical development, regulatory affairs, commercial, market access)
- Develop medical education programs and materials tailored for healthcare providers
- Represent BioNTech as a key medical spokesperson for the oncology portfolio
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, medical societies, and patient advocacy groups in oncology
- Collaborate on clinical development plans and study protocols to ensure alignment with medical needs

A Good Match:
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent)
- 10+ years of medical affairs experience in pharma/biotech, including successful oncology commercial launches
- Oncology expertise with familiarity with current treatment landscapes; experience in Endometrial/Breast cancers or Lung/GI oncology is highly preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Experience developing educational programs and publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts)

Your benefits and remuneration:
- Expected Pay Range: $320,000/year to $379,000/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (variable)
