Senior Director of US Trade and Channel Management (Market Access)

Responsibilities:
- Define and lead long-term US distribution strategy; design and optimize a distribution network for future oncology product launches.
- Manage specialty pharmacy, wholesaler/distributor, and 3PL partners to ensure availability, service performance, and operational excellence.
- Establish and manage KPIs/service levels, inventory and dispense reporting; hold partners accountable while maintaining strong relationships.
- Lead cross-functional execution (Patient Services, Commercial Operations/Analytics, Finance, IT, Field Sales, Legal/Compliance, Contracting, Supply Chain).
- Lead enterprise contract negotiations to optimize channel fee structures and service requirements.
- Oversee trade/distribution launch readiness and lifecycle management; drive transformation (process redesign, systems modernization, vendor optimization, automation).
- Own trade-related GTN components; integrate channel data into forecasting; use analytics to mitigate diversion/stockpiling/supply disruptions; manage order-to-cash and government reporting processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree in supply chain management or healthcare administration preferred.
- 15+ years progressive leadership in pharmaceutical trade and distribution with specialty pharmacy, distribution, and 3PL partners.
- Experience with oral oncology products; strong knowledge of oncology provider space (GPOs, Institutions, IDNs).
- Knowledge of trade/distribution technologies and relevant federal/state legislation.
- Demonstrated high-stakes negotiation experience with national wholesalers and large oncology providers.
- Extensive experience leading US trade strategy for oncology launches, including oral oncology products.

Compensation:
- Base pay range: $270,000–$300,000 annually (plus equity, bonus, and benefits).
