Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a robust commercial voice for immunology pipeline programs as a core member of the Global Project Team (GPT), aligning program direction with GBU goals and strategy.
- Provide commercial inputs to develop and commercialize drug candidates; support stage-gate decisions and internal governance presentations.
- Research disease epidemiology and market dynamics; lead development of Target Product Profiles (TPP) and brand positioning; partner with Market Access on value proposition and pricing assumptions; develop forecasting assumptions and revenue projections.
- Generate data/insights for assessments; liaise with internal/external experts; translate scientific insights into actionable strategies (regulatory submission, market access, differentiation).
- Provide key insights into the Integrated Development Plan assembled by the GPT.
- Drive I&I strategy via the Disease Area Strategy (DAS); maintain Disease ID Cards and βTarget Product Concepts.β
- Lead commercial assessments of external opportunities (Business Development/M&A): triage, business case/due diligence, negotiation, financial modeling, and contracting.
- Prepare Proof of Clinical/Commercial concept declarations and Transition Package to Global Brand Lead; coordinate pre-launch strategy and activities.
- Drive commercial valuation assessment, support technical/financial assessments, and lead alternate scenario planning.
About You / Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA, MS, or PhD in life science preferred.
- 10+ years biopharma experience; required experience in new product planning/early commercialization, business development, pre-launch commercial activities, or consulting.
- Immunology indications experience highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, strategic/analytical/problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and matrix collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
