Senior Director, Medical Value & Outcomes, US

Role: Lead the development and communication of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) strategies to demonstrate the value of BeOne Medicines' products to population health decision-makers, primarily in the US Midwest (OH, IN, KY, PA, VA, WV). Responsibilities: build peer-to-peer relationships with payers, managed care organizations, and provincial/private payers; provide insights on payer trends; support HEOR projects, market access activities, and external scientific forums; collaborate with internal teams across clinical, medical, commercial, and legal functions; represent BeOne at professional events; and develop internal training on HEOR. Requirements: MD, PharmD, PhD, or similar advanced degree with 10+ years experience in Hematology/Oncology or 15+ years with a master's; strong communication, presentation, and external stakeholder engagement skills; proven experience in HEOR, value-based metrics, and payer interactions; compliance knowledge; highly organized and self-motivated; ability to manage junior staff preferred. High-Value: focus on oncology, population health, payers, health outcomes, HEOR, and global stakeholder engagement. Work Setup: predominantly field-based with approximately 70% travel, regional coverage in US Midwest.
