Senior Director, Medical Value & Outcomes, US

Role: Lead clinical and health economics outcomes research (HEOR) efforts to communicate BeOne Medicines' product value to population health decision-makers, supporting market access and reimbursement strategies. Responsibilities: develop and maintain relationships with payers, formulary decision bodies, and key opinion leaders; provide strategic input on HEOR projects and outcome-based metrics; present scientific and economic data externally; collaborate with internal teams including medical affairs, clinical development, and commercial; represent BeOne at national/global forums; support team development and compliance. Qualifications: MD, PharmD, PhD, or related advanced degree with 10+ years (or 15+ years with master’s) experience in Hematology/Oncology; strong communication, HEOR, and payer engagement expertise; experience with value/outcome-based metrics; adept in compliance, strategic leadership, and stakeholder relationships.
