Senior Director, Medical Value & Outcomes, US

Role: Lead medical value and outcomes research communications for BeOne Medicines, focusing on population health decision-makers to demonstrate product value. Responsibilities: develop scientific relationships with payers and managed care organizations, provide insights on emerging reimbursement trends, support HEOR strategies, and present clinical and HEOR data externally. Collaborate with internal teams across medical, HEOR, market access, and commercial functions, and represent BeOne at industry forums. Require: MD, PharmD, PhD, or related advanced degree with 10+ years (or 15+ years with master's) experience in Hematology/Oncology; proven HEOR and payer engagement skills; strong communication and strategic thinking. High-Value: Hematology/Oncology, population health, payer relationships, HEOR expertise, value/outcome metrics, compliance. Work setup: Field-based in OH, IN, KY, PA, VA, WV; travel approximately 70%.
