Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead a Field and Digital Technology team: set mandate/operating model/culture; recruit and onboard Technology Product Leads; establish digital engagement operations (processes, vendor coordination, service standards); develop/mentor team; drive continuous improvement.
- Lead Field and Digital Technology strategy: create/evolve multi-year roadmap (Veeva CRM, Sitecore/CMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, OneTrust, digital channels); integrate web + SFMC + OneTrust + field CRM into a unified, compliant multi-channel engagement strategy.
- Provide AI technology leadership (Digital Assistant); advance Post Call AI to enterprise; assess emerging AI capabilities (call planning, predictive scoring, next-best-action, digital consent) and recommend adoption priorities.
- Partner with Medical Affairs and cross-functional stakeholders: governance thought partner (Veeva CRM); align to regional operating models/compliance; represent domain to IT/Legal/Privacy/Compliance; lead global user adoption, training, and change management.
- Manage vendors/partnerships: own Veeva CRM vendor relationship; lead partnerships (Sitecore, SFMC, OneTrust, third-party); establish vendor evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications
- Basic: Master’s + 12 years, or Bachelor’s + 14 years in pharma/life sciences/commercial technology/product management; 5+ years people management.
- Preferred: MBA; direct Veeva CRM (configuration/deployment/governance/optimization); omnichannel orchestration (SFMC/email automation); CMS (Sitecore/enterprise); OneTrust consent/preferences (config + workflows + integrations); Medical Affairs/field ops (MSL workflows, call planning, territories, HCP engagement); experience building new capabilities from scratch; executive presence; strategic, action-oriented outcomes focus; change management; multi-market complexity management; AI-enabled engagement tools.

Location
- Onsite in Foster City, CA or Parsippany, NJ; in office at least 3 days/week.

- Salary range: Bay Area $261,375–$338,250; Other US $237,575–$307,450.
