Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead and establish the Field and Digital Technology team (mandate, operating model, culture); recruit/onboard Technology Product Leads.
- Build digital engagement operations capability (processes, vendor coordination, service delivery standards) for email/web/third-party channels.
- Define multi-year technology roadmap across Veeva CRM, Sitecore/CMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, OneTrust, and digital engagement channels.
- Integrate web, SFMC, OneTrust, and field CRM into a unified, compliant, multi-channel Medical Affairs engagement strategy.
- Provide technology leadership for Digital Assistant and advance Post Call AI from pilot to enterprise; assess emerging AI-enabled engagement capabilities.
- Partner with Medical Excellence/IDA/Medical Information on Veeva governance and inquiry management integration.
- Align regional CRM/digital engagement capabilities with distinct compliance and field models (U.S., ACE, International); represent domain to IT, Legal, Medical Governance, Privacy, Compliance.
- Lead user adoption, training, and change management; drive measurable improvements in MSL effectiveness and engagement.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships (Veeva; Sitecore; SFMC; OneTrust; third parties) and establish vendor evaluation/governance frameworks.

Qualifications
- Master’s + 12 years OR Bachelor’s + 14 years in pharma/life sciences/commercial technology/product management.
- 5+ years people management experience leading technology/platform/product teams.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- MBA/advanced degree; direct Veeva CRM experience (configuration, deployment, governance, optimization).
- Omnichannel orchestration (SFMC or similar); CMS (Sitecore or comparable).
- OneTrust consent/preference management (configuration, compliance workflows, integration).
- Medical Affairs/commercial field understanding (MSL workflows, call planning, territory, HCP engagement).
- Build-from-scratch experience in matrixed global orgs; executive presence; strategic/operational rigor; change management; AI-enabled engagement tools.

Location
- Onsite in Foster City, CA or Parsippany, NJ (in office at least 3 days/week).

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: Bay Area $261,375–$338,250; Other US $237,575–$307,450. Discretionary bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
