Responsibilities:
- Design and execute the commercial roadmap to enable the potential U.S. launch of palazestrant.
- Build strategic marketing plan and launch readiness initiatives (branding, positioning, messaging platform, story flow, creative imagery).
- Develop, prioritize, and implement market development activities to deepen awareness of unmet needs and address knowledge gaps.
- Design go-to-market approach for resource-efficient customer engagement, behavior change, and adoption.
- Develop KPIs; analyze market, customer, and competitor trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Establish strong relationships with Medical Affairs and, eventually, Sales/field commercial teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and internal stakeholders to align launch readiness activities.
- Manage partner agency and vendor relationships/workflow.
- Ensure plans meet compliance/regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Deliver marketing operating expenses within budget.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA preferred.
- Deep understanding of customer adoption behavior in breast cancer.
- Knowledge of laws/regulations for interactions with the healthcare community.
- 8+ years progressive commercial experience in biotech/pharma.
- Proven marketing strategy development and successful U.S. launch experience for oncology products.

Compensation:
- Base pay range: $250,000β$285,000 annually; total compensation includes equity, bonus, and benefits.
