Senior Director, Market Access - Lilly Regenerative Medicine (LRM)

Role: Senior Director, Market Access, leading global strategy for Lilly's gene therapy portfolio, including ultra-rare and common diseases like wet AMD. Responsibilities: establish a unified pricing, access, and contracting framework; develop pioneering payment models such as durability-linked and outcomes-based contracts; craft global value dossiers and policy positioning; and coordinate cross-asset consistency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in biopharma market access, pricing, or payer strategy with direct ownership of multi-country strategies; deep understanding of international payer and HTA systems. Preferred: experience negotiating cell/gene therapy deals, building new market access capabilities, and designing outcomes-based payment structures. High-Value: gene therapy, ultra-rare and common diseases, global pricing and contracting, innovative payment models, HTA engagement, international markets. Collaboration: Partner with Lilly Value & Access and International Value & Access teams; represent Lilly externally on policy matters. Work setup: Travel approximately 10-20%, domestic and international.
