Senior Director, Market Access - Lilly Regenerative Medicine (LRM)

Role: Senior Director, Market Access, leads global market access strategy for Lilly's gene therapy portfolio, including ultra-rare and common diseases like wet AMD. Objectives: establish a unified pricing, access, and contracting framework, develop innovative payment models, and shape policy for curative therapies. Responsibilities: set global value and pricing strategies, customize market-specific access positioning, pioneer outcomes-based contracts, and lead external policy engagement. Collaborates primarily with Lilly Value & Access and International Value & Access teams, serving as the strategic driver in governance processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in biopharma market access, pricing, or payer strategy with direct ownership of global/multi-country strategies; deep understanding of international payer and HTA systems. Preferred: experience negotiating cell/gene therapy deals, outcome-based payment models, or establishing new market access functions. High-Value: expertise in gene therapies, ultra-rare diseases, value-based contracts, global pricing, and policy shaping; 10-20% international travel.
