Job Summary
- Provides strategic leadership and oversight for leadership development, capability building, coaching excellence, and enablement innovation initiatives to support commercial performance and future growth.

Reporting
- Reports to the Vice President, Field Force Enablement & Excellence.
- Leads Head of Leadership & Capability Training and AI Engagement & Design; partners with Commercial Leadership, HR, Analytics, Digital, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Leadership & Capability Training and AI Engagement & Design teams.
- Align team priorities, resources, and investments with commercial business objectives.
- Establish annual capability and innovation roadmaps and ensure execution.
- Oversee leadership development programs, coaching frameworks, and capability-building solutions.
- Evolve leadership competencies and development strategies to meet business needs.
- Partner with HR and Commercial Leadership to strengthen leadership pipelines and talent readiness.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement innovative solutions (including AI-enabled tools) to improve learning, coaching, and field effectiveness.
- Champion innovation with appropriate governance, compliance, and business value.
- Act as trusted advisor to commercial leaders; align enablement investments with enterprise priorities.
- Establish metrics for leadership capabilities, coaching effectiveness, innovation adoption, and readiness; use analytics to continuously enhance programs.
- Lead directors/managers/senior professionals; drive talent development, succession planning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Leadership, Human Resources, Business, or related).
- 12+ years in commercial training/leadership development/sales enablement/organizational or talent development/field force effectiveness (pharma/biotech/healthcare or related).
- Experience leading leadership development and coaching/capability organizations; influencing cross-functional stakeholders; leading enterprise change in matrixed environments.
- Experience with AI-enabled learning/coaching/digital enablement or advanced analytics.

- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; excellent communication and executive presence.
- Ability to lead through change and foster innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a large U.S. commercial field organization.
- Experience building leadership curricula/coaching frameworks/capability models across levels.
- Certification or formal training in leadership development/coaching/OD/change management.
- Experience in specialty pharma (oncology, immunology, rare disease).
