Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as commercial lead for Sarclisa (isatuximab) across Multiple Myeloma treatment settings, including lifecycle management and expansion studies.
- Develop market strategies; execute key market submissions and labels with Global Project Team (GPT) and Global Brand Team (GBT).
- Apply Multiple Myeloma market-trend knowledge; build customer relationships and tailor brand strategy by customer segment.
- Lead biomarker and patient identification strategy for targeted patient selection.
- Drive Global Launch strategy and Annual Brand planning for relapsed/refractory, newly diagnosed, and maintenance therapy.
- Lead KOL commercial engagement strategy and execution (global ad boards; congress/events with cross-functional partners such as Medical Affairs).
- Co-develop commercial foundations and execute global tool kit (positioning, messaging, creative campaigns, value proposition, promotional materials).
- Develop and execute global Life Cycle Management plan, including earlier-line and across-setting launch strategies.
- Coordinate global conferences/events; support global congress efforts.
- Support cross-functional partners (Medical Affairs, market access, corporate communication, advocacy) on launch activities (market shaping, medical education, value proposition, pricing/reimbursement).
- Conduct real-time market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Partner with Value & Access on patient/HCP/payer-aligned programs and services.
- Set and validate global sales/resource forecasts; track KPIs; manage compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Lead long-range planning, financial forecasting, and quarterly business reviews; travel nationally/internationally.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Recent commercial launch experience
- 10+ years pharmaceutical commercial experience
- Strong HCP and/or patient marketing background
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing strategies and regulatory/compliance environment
- Ability to lead in complex matrix and cross-functional/cross-geographical teams; manage multiple projects; strong communication/presentation
- Project/process management skills; ability to prioritize; strong interpersonal/oral/written skills; navigate cross-functionally; analyze complex analytics
Preferred:
- Global marketing and launch experience
- Advanced degree (MBA/PhD/PharmD)
- In-market country experience
- Hematology/Oncology experience
