Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as commercial lead for Sarclisa (isatuximab), driving strategies and execution for key market submissions and labels with Global Project Team (GPT) and Global Brand Team (GBT).
- Apply deep knowledge of Multiple Myeloma (MM) market trends; build customer relationships and tailor brand strategy by customer segment.
- Lead biomarker and patient identification strategy for targeted Sarclisa patients.
- Lead Global Launch strategy and Annual Brand planning across MM treatment settings (relapsed/refractory, newly diagnosed, maintenance), with input from key regions.
- Develop and execute KOL engagement strategy, including global commercial advisory boards and congress/event engagement with Medical Affairs.
- Co-develop commercial foundations and execute global toolkit (positioning, messaging, creative campaign, value proposition by customer type, promotional materials).
- Develop and execute Global Life Cycle Management plan, including earlier-line launches and MM setting expansion.
- Coordinate key conferences/events and support global congress activities.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, market access, corporate communication, and advocacy on launch activities (market shaping, education, value proposition, price/reimbursement).
- Conduct real-time market analysis and competitive benchmarking; partner with Value & Access on patient/HCP/payer insights.
- Set assumptions and validate global sales/resource forecasts; track KPIs; ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Lead long-range planning, financial forecasting, and quarterly business reviews; travel nationally and internationally.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Recent commercial launch experience.
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience.
- Strong HCP and/or patient marketing background.
- Strong marketing principles; ability to lead in complex matrix and cross-geographical environments; prioritize multiple projects; high-impact communication.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing strategies and regulatory/compliance environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Global marketing and launch experience.
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD).
- In-market country experience.
- Hematology/Oncology experience.
