Role: Senior Director, Integrated Product Medical Lead, focusing on advancing Bayer’s Oncology Early Development portfolio. Responsibilities: define clinical vision and strategy for global oncology programs across modalities (biologics, small/large molecules), from preclinical to late-stage development; lead cross-functional teams; develop target product and value profiles; support internal and external innovation and collaboration; ensure high-quality, patient-centric trial design while accelerating decision-making; represent programs internally and externally; foster a high-performance, innovative culture within the team. Requirements: MD with board certification in oncology/hematology; proven drug development expertise across stages, with familiarity in biologics and small molecules; strong scientific and clinical research background; experience with regulatory interactions and global health authorities; excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Preferred: 3-5 years in drug development, 2+ years in early-stage development; 5+ years of direct patient care.
