Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner, Global Commercial Strategy

Role: Senior Director, HR Business Partner supporting Vertex's Commercial Strategy, Pricing & Access, and HEOR functions. Objectives: deliver strategic HR partnership to enable commercial transformation, talent management, and organizational design. Responsibilities: serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders; support organizational design, change initiatives, and workforce planning; partner with transformation leadership to implement new operating models; oversee talent identification, succession planning, and capability-building; and coordinate with HR delivery teams. Qualifications: 10–12+ years in HR, with experience in complex, matrixed organizations; background supporting commercial or strategic functions preferred; expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change management; strong influencing skills and business acumen. High-Value: supporting commercial, pricing, and healthcare strategy functions within a biotech/pharmaceutical setting.
