Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner

Role: Senior Director HR Business Partner focusing on R&D and Regulatory functions at biopharma company Vera Therapeutics. Objectives: develop and drive the People Strategy aligned with company goals to support biotech research and regulatory efforts. Responsibilities: partner with HR teams to attract critical talent, design compensation and benefits, enhance employee relations, support change management, and talent development; advise senior leaders on organization design and culture initiatives; assess organizational needs and lead corporate programs to improve employee experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline; 12+ years’ HR experience with a focus on biotech or biopharma; proven success in HR strategy development, workforce planning, and organizational development; strong communication and leadership skills; experience in talent management, succession planning, and culture change; knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
