Senior Director, HEOR Strategy - Immunology

Role: Senior Director of HEOR strategy responsible for developing and executing health economics and outcomes research plans across multiple therapeutic areas, including immunology, oncology, and neuroscience. Objectives include demonstrating product value, supporting market access, and guiding lifecycle strategies for both pipeline and marketed assets. Responsibilities encompass creating strategic plans, leading cross-functional HEOR projects, managing global teams, and influencing internal and external stakeholders such as payers, HTAs, and KOLs. The position involves overseeing studies from strategy development to content delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting commercialization efforts. Qualifications: advanced degree (MD, PharmD, MS in Economics or Epidemiology), 10+ years of industry experience including clinical development and HEOR expertise, with proven leadership in cross-functional and global settings. High-value specifics: extensive knowledge of global regulatory and payer landscapes, relevant to biologics, small molecules, or other modalities; experience in therapeutic areas like immunology, oncology, and neuroscience; strategic influence at enterprise level; and experience managing complex, multi-phase projects. The role reports to the VP HEOR Strategy Franchise, with global responsibility and a leadership position within the organization.
