Senior Director, HEOR/RWE, Lung

Role: Senior Director, HEOR/RWE leading health economics and outcomes research strategies for Revolution Medicines' oncology assets targeting NSCLC. Responsibilities: develop and execute global HEOR/RWE plans aligned with medical and development strategies, engage with payers and HTA agencies, shape evidence generation, and communicate the value proposition to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Development, and cross-functional teams; lead partnerships with healthcare organizations and establish best practices in health economics methodologies. Requirements: over 12 years of experience in pharma/biotech HEOR/RWE, with oncology expertise; proven publication record; strong communication skills; knowledge of managed care, formulary decision-making, and real-world data sources. Preferred: experience with global product launches, NSCLC-specific work, and advanced health economics techniques.
