Senior Director, HEOR/RWE - GI

Role: Senior Director, HEOR/RWE at Revolution Medicines, leading strategy and execution of health economics and real-world evidence activities for oncology assets targeting pancreatic and colorectal cancers. Responsibilities: develop and align HEOR/RWE strategies with medical and development teams; manage evidence generation to demonstrate product value; engage with payers, HTA agencies, and external partners; lead enterprise collaborations, monitor health policy trends, and communicate insights internally and externally. Requirements: 10-13+ years in health economics, outcomes research, or related fields; advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD); proven experience in oncology HEOR/RWE, influencing payer/HTA strategies; strong communication skills; established relationships with RWE experts. Preferred: 10+ years industry experience, global launch familiarity, gastrointestinal oncology expertise.
