Senior Director, HEOR & Evidence Strategy

Role: Senior Director, HEOR & Evidence Strategy at Intellia, leading the development and execution of value demonstration and evidence generation for gene editing therapies targeting rare diseases. Responsibilities: oversee integrated evidence generation plans, develop global HEOR strategies for pricing and reimbursement, and support launch activities; lead real-world evidence and outcomes research; manage and mentor the Field HEOR team; collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical development, medical affairs, and commercial; and shape payer engagement and policy strategies. Requirements: 10+ years in HEOR, market access, or payer strategy within pharma/biotech; proven payer-facing experience; deep understanding of health economics, value demonstration, and healthcare reimbursement systems, especially for high-cost, specialty, or gene therapies; advanced degree (e.g., MPH, PhD, PharmD, MD). Preferred: experience in rare disease, cell/gene therapy, or advanced therapeutics; prior success supporting value-based contracting; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. High-Value: gene editing, rare diseases, gene therapies, early clinical development (pre-launch to launch), payer engagement, real-world evidence, value-based agreements, and experience with health economics modeling.
