Senior Director, Health Plans & Market Access Strategy

Role: Senior Director, Health Plans & Market Access Strategy, leading payer adoption, reimbursement, and market access for Quanterix’s diagnostic portfolio. Responsibilities: develop and execute market access strategies, negotiate contracts with US payers including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans, build relationships with payer stakeholders, monitor policy developments, identify pilot and value-based care opportunities, and support evidence generation and commercialization efforts through cross-functional collaboration. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related fields; 12+ years of progressive healthcare experience with significant payer strategy, reimbursement, or health plan management background; strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: advanced degrees (MBA, MPH, PharmD, etc.), 5+ years direct engagement with national/regional payers, expertise in Medicare policy, diagnostic or biotech sectors, and experience managing external consultants and strategic partnerships. High-Value: focus on diagnostics, Medicare/Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, value-based care, and reimbursement pathways in the US market. Work setup: remote/hybrid role with travel for meetings and events.
