Senior Director, Head of Care Pathway Optimization

Role: Senior Director, Head of Care Pathway Optimization, responsible for developing and leading a strategic function aimed at accelerating diagnosis and improving care pathways for rare diseases across the U.S. Responsibilities: establish vision, strategy, operating model; build and lead a scalable team; develop innovative programs and partnerships with healthcare systems, HCP groups, IDNs, academic centers, and providers; leverage data and analytics to inform initiatives; align cross-functional teams (Commercial, Medical, Value & Access, etc.); influence enterprise priorities and portfolio planning.
