What Youโll Do
- Serve as U.S. HCP-lead to develop HCP strategy, design creative campaigns, develop messaging, and coordinate customer experience aligned with HCP practices/systems while overcoming treatment barriers.
- Lead marketing efforts to educate and activate transplant nephrologists and associated HCPs for the first therapy indicated for AMR and MVI; lead teams for branded and disease education initiatives; collaborate cross-functionally and across channels.
- Lead design and implementation of the 3-year brand roadmap, improving education, activation, and market maturation; define market development and customer experience strategies driving cross-audience solutions.
- Deliver a marketing plan that proactively grows product adoption; incorporate education, scientific exchange, relationship building, evidence generation, and engagement with the HCP ecosystem to impact delivery of care.
- Collaborate with global partners on brand identity/positioning and deliver an unbranded campaign.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Operations to drive insights on targeted physician audiences.
- Assess competition in AMR/MVI and identify opportunities to refine strategy amid changing market dynamics.
- Build and manage a team to support preparation and execution of branded campaigns.
- Be a core member of the U.S. Launch Operating Team.
- Manage budgets and agency partners.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- High-impact, hands-on leader with experience integrating cross-functional considerations into commercial strategic initiatives, team decisions, and work products.
- Proven track record in HCP marketing and launches (ideally rare/complex specialties); experience with infused/buy & bill products; US commercial expertise.
Required Skills
- Bachelorโs degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 12+ years commercial experience; 8+ years marketing/marketing-adjacent in pharma/biotech including launch experience.
- Knowledge of US promotional regulatory guidelines and ability to navigate MLR.
- Experience in complex/under-developed therapeutic areas; Transplant/Nephrology/Immunology highly preferred.
- Omnichannel campaign design and execution (media plans, data/insight analysis, 3-year customer engagement strategy).
- Strong leadership; can perform in fast-paced environments; influence without authority.
- Project/vendor management with resource and fiscal management.
- Leadership/development of direct and matrixed teams.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
