Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the HCP marketing team (team of 5), coaching for exceptional results and identifying/addressing promotional capabilities.
- Shape HCP brand strategy to drive effective campaigns/messages in a market with limited innovation and low trust.
- Drive tactical execution (brand planning/creative), manage agency performance (budget/timely deliverables), and partner with the communications review committee.
- Advance HCP media planning/management; run test-and-learn pilots for HCP targeting (e.g., geo/IP) and placement (e.g., social/educational sites).
- Co-lead HCP engagement/omnichannel cross-functional team to map HCP touchpoints, operational needs, and optimize strategy.
- Measure initiative impact using ROI; pivot investments for maximum impact and seek automation/efficiency.
- Build partnerships with cross-functional teams (field, patient, disease education, program counterparts) and serve as peer leader on launch readiness.
- Model compliance focused on ethics and integrity.
Required Skills
- Experience driving HCP brand campaigns and digital/NPP tactical planning/execution and launch insight generation.
- Experience leading teams and coaching to build strong culture.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; challenge status quo using data/technology, measurement, and test-and-learn pivots.
- Strong written/verbal communication with senior and broad audiences.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, results-driven, fast-paced launch environment.
- Understanding of legal/regulatory/compliance requirements for pre- and post-approval activities.
- Travel: 20β30%.
Required Education And Experience
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 12+ years healthcare/biopharma marketing (consulting/agency acceptable) or equivalent.
- 5+ years supervisory/management experience.
- Experience developing US/global marketing communications/tactics and managing agencies.
Flex Designation
- Hybrid (remote up to 2 days/week) or On-Site (5 days/week) with ad hoc flexibility.
Pay Range
- $228,000β$342,000.
