Senior Director, Government Pricing

Role: Senior Director of Government Pricing overseeing compliance, strategy, and operations for government programs including Medicaid, FSS, Medicare, and 340B. Responsibilities: lead calculations and reporting of AMP, BP, ASP, and Bonafide Service Assessments; manage analytics, scenario planning, and regulatory compliance; support contract negotiations and ensure operational viability; oversee state transparency reporting; partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, GxP, IT) for system updates and regulatory changes; mentor team and lead external audits. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 12+ years in pharma/biotech, with 5+ years management experience; expertise in US payer landscape, public policy, government pricing methodologies (NFAMP, IFF, AMP, URA), and systems like Revitas or Model N; strong communication skills; familiarity with distribution channels, chargebacks, and membership management.
