Senior Director, Global Pricing Execution

Role: Senior Director, Global Pricing Strategy & Execution, leading global pricing frameworks and supporting launch strategies for oncology therapies targeting RAS-addicted cancers. Responsibilities: establish global pricing architecture, develop integrated pricing and reimbursement strategies, create financial models, define pricing guardrails, adapt strategies locally, design analytics tools, monitor performance, ensure launch readiness, provide strategic recommendations, and build a high-performing team. Qualifications: PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA, or similar; 12+ years in global biopharma pricing, market access, or health economics; deep understanding of international pricing and reimbursement systems; proven leadership and influencing skills; excellent stakeholder management. Preferred: experience in oncology or rare diseases, familiarity with IRP, MFN, HTA, and value-based pricing.
