Senior Director Global Evidence Outcomes

Role: Senior Director & GEO Lead within Lundbeck's Global Evidence & Outcomes organization, focusing on Neuro-Rare portfolio evidence strategies. Responsibilities: serve as primary GEO partner for assets, collaborate with cross-functional teams (RWE & Epidemiology, Patient-Centred Outcomes, GEO Analytics), support regulatory and commercialization efforts, and represent GEO externally. Act as a strategic partner to US Medical Affairs and a bridge between global and US organizations; contribute to GEO leadership initiatives. Requirements: PhD/MD/PharmD/MS in HEOR, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related; 12+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare with proven evidence strategy development; strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills in matrix environments; deep understanding of US/EU regulatory and HTA landscapes. Preferred: experience in rare diseases or specialty products. Travel: domestic (~4-6 trips/year), international (~6-8 trips/year); location flexible.
