Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as key advisor to the head of Global Supply Chain/Tech Ops to drive results aligned to corporate strategy and goals
- Develop and implement forward-looking financial analytics to provide insights into operations and business plans
- Maintain communication with the CFO & VP FP&A regarding critical issues
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual budget/forecast process for the Global Supply Chain/Tech Ops function (with support of the Associate Director, FP&A in Zug, Switzerland)
- Manage consolidation and reporting of quarterly financials
- Coordinate cross-functionally with the Commercial organization to align on key product supply-related issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
- Participate/lead special projects
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Team Development/Leadership
- Direct activities (dotted line) of the Associate Director, FP&A in Zug, Switzerland, providing part-time support for Ireland manufacturing activities
- Promote a culture of high performance, accountability, continuous improvement, learning, and quality
- Mentor FP&A staff to evolve toward a more strategic and story-telling level
- Lead by example and communicate cross-functionally
Qualifications
- BS or similar designation; MBA preferred
- At least 8 yearsβ experience in key financial leadership roles, preferably in pharmaceutical/biopharma
- Experience directly supporting senior manufacturing executives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate as both a tactical and strategic thinker
- Flex work hours to accommodate European business partners
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%)
Pay Range (U.S.)
- $270,000β$315,000 per year (base pay may vary by region, skills, and experience)
