Senior Director, Field VEOR

Role: Senior Director of Field Value Evidence & Outcomes Research leading the development and execution of strategies to demonstrate and communicate the real-world value of biopharma products targeting psychiatric and neurological disorders. Responsibilities: develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans, cultivate relationships with payers, opinion leaders, and health systems; contribute to evidence generation plans by leveraging real-world data; collaborate with Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, and Medical Affairs teams to address product access and demand; support site readiness and healthcare economic data collection; deliver scientific and economic presentations at conferences. Requirements: advanced degree (MS, MPH, MD, PhD, PharmD); 7-10+ years in applied health economics, field-facing roles, preferably in psychiatry or neuroscience; expertise in health care systems, market access, and real-world evidence generation, including US datasets and observational study design; strong analytical, scientific communication, and independent working skills. High-Value: focus on psychiatric and neurological therapeutics, real-world evidence, health economics, market access, remote work with 50-70% travel, industry experience in product launch preferred.
