Senior Director, Field HEOR

Role: Senior Director, Field HEOR in a biopharma oncology setting, responsible for developing and executing health economics, outcomes research, and real-world evidence strategies to demonstrate product value and optimize patient access. Responsibilities include collaborating with in-house HEOR teams, partnering with field access teams to translate evidence for payers and decision-makers, cultivating external research partnerships, and leading evidence generation to address reimbursement challenges. The position involves shaping evidentiary strategies across a product lifecycle, engaging with healthcare payers, academic institutions, and data scientists, and influencing internal decision-making. Requirements: minimum 13 years in HEOR or outcomes research with an advanced degree (DrPH, PharmD), deep expertise in health economics, patient-reported outcomes, and U.S. healthcare policy; proven research and publication track record; experience in managed care, formulary decision-making, and HTA trends. Preferred: oncology HEOR experience, particularly in gastrointestinal or thoracic cancers. The role reports to the Executive Director of HEOR Payer and HTA Strategy, with a focus on customer-centric evidence development, and is based in the Mid-Atlantic to Southeast regions. Salary range is $259,000-$285,000 USD, excluding bonuses and equity.
