Main Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic partner/thought leader across GTMC, business units, Digital, Commercial Operations, and People & Culture to align on future field capability vision and challenge current ways of working.
- Broker cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities, unmet needs, and co-create AI-enabled, data-driven solutions.
- Bring forward industry trends/competitive intelligence to rethink field enablement, learning, and performance management.
- Champion cultural transformation toward experimentation, continuous learning, and adoption of next-gen tools.
- Lead AI enablement thought leadership and represent field needs in global transformation programs; influence digital roadmaps and secure sponsorship/investment.
- Identify, pilot, and scale AI-powered tools (e.g., next-best-action, AI-assisted coaching, generative AI, predictive analytics) and ensure responsible/compliant/ethical AI use.
- Design future-readiness initiatives for AI-augmented ways of working; collaborate on CRM/field reporting AI analytics and automation.
- Lead CFC North America roadmap initiatives (Field L&D, incentives/deployment, CRM, field reporting, field sales analytics); manage governance, timelines, risks, interdependencies, vendor partners, and change/adoption.
- Identify capability gaps using data/feedback; drive continuous improvement and present progress/risks/recommendations to senior leadership.
About You / Qualifications
- 7+ years in commercial operations, field effectiveness, analytics, or transformation in complex matrixed organizations.
- Track record scaling capability transformation and AI/technology adoption; strong partnership/influencing; change management experience.
Minimum Required Skills
- Strategic partnership/influencing; future-focused mindset; program management for multiple complex initiatives.
- Strong communication/storytelling; deep field operations knowledge (CRM, incentive comp, sales analytics, Field L&D); regulated-industry compliance orientation.
- Manage external vendors/technology partners effectively.

- AI applications knowledge; data analytics tools; familiarity with project/portfolio management tools.
Education
- Bachelorβs degree in business, life sciences, technology, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
