Senior Director, Evidence Generation

Role: Senior Director of Evidence Generation responsible for developing and executing health economics, outcomes research, and real-world evidence strategies across the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include leading integrated HEOR initiatives, identifying evidence gaps, supporting clinical and market access strategies, overseeing modeling and economic analyses, and managing external partnerships and vendors. The role involves providing scientific leadership for health economics, PROs, comparative effectiveness, and epidemiology studies to inform reimbursement, regulatory, and clinical decisions. Requirements: PhD, MD, or equivalent in health economics, epidemiology, or related field; 12+ years in HEOR, outcomes research, or evidence generation within pharma, biotech, or healthcare; expertise in health economics modeling, RWE, and market access. Preferred skills include scientific publication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic leadership. High-value specifics: focus on pharmaceutical therapies, evidence supporting payer and provider engagement, regulatory and market access implications, and cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, and Commercial teams. Work setup: hybrid in Chicago, with periodic travel, including overnight trips.
