Responsibilities
- Lead creation/refresh of a multiyear PAMA enterprise access strategy (priorities, capability gaps, portfolio opportunities).
- Translate shifts in payer landscape, healthcare policy, channels, employers, and ecosystem into access-model recommendations.
- Partner with PAMA LT and USBU leadership for annual/long-range planning and define PAMA’s forward-looking innovation agenda.
- Lead/sponsor enterprise initiatives (portfolio access strategy, go-to-market design, transformation workstreams, cross-BU solutioning).
- Design and execute cross-portfolio access strategies across brands, channels, and patient segments.
- Lead early pipeline market access strategy (2–3+ years from launch), embedding payer/pricing/distribution/patient access into development.
- Pressure-test market access assumptions (benchmarks, gross-to-net dynamics, distribution, reimbursement, coverage/approval trajectories) to inform investments and forecasting.
- Identify value evidence gaps and collaborate with Clinical, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory.
- Develop external partnership concepts to strengthen enterprise market access intelligence.
- Integrate across PAMA; chair/participate in governance forums; present strategy/insights to senior leadership.
- Lead and build a high-performing team; develop frameworks/tools/roadmaps.

Required
- 10+ years in Market Access/Managed Markets/Payer Strategy/Value-Based Contracting/consulting/healthcare partnerships or related.
- Proven ability to shape enterprise strategy in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Strong business acumen; translates insights into recommendations.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred
- Leadership experience in pharma access/commercial/payer-facing roles.
- Track record influencing senior executives and driving enterprise change.
- Thrives in ambiguity; balances long-term innovation with near-term execution.

Compensation/Benefits (summary)
- Lexington, MA; base salary range: $212,000–$333,190. Eligible for incentives and certain benefits (e.g., medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off).
