Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing Field Reimbursement Managers and Nurse Case Managers
- Oversee the comprehensive field-based Nurse Case Management and Access Program
- Foster a coaching culture that enables deeper connection with patients, caregivers, and HCPs
- Set team tone and culture; role model patient/caregiver and HCP engagement expectations
- Cultivate a “One Dyne” mindset (transparency, shared ownership, accountability)
- Develop and execute a national plan aligned with US Market Access and Patient Services objectives and regional goals
- Manage hiring, onboarding, communication, performance, training, and professional development
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional and external partners (e.g., specialty infusion providers, patient support services program)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs involved with DYNE-251 therapy
- Ensure expertise in insurance coverage, reimbursement, PA processes, and payer landscapes
- Drive problem-solving to resolve access barriers for patients, caregivers, and HCPs
- Deliver execution plans and manage KPIs supporting post-prescribing performance
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Maintain deep understanding of DMD treatment journeys and adjust tactics accordingly
- Maintain knowledge of rare disease payer policies, including Medicaid

Education, Knowledge & Skill Requirements
- 15+ years in Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare
- 10+ years in field reimbursement and/or nurse case management (rare disease experience; launch experience with HCP-administered therapies; ideally home infusion)
- 5+ years leading/coaching Field Reimbursement Managers and/or Field Nurse Case Managers
- Experience supporting patients and caregivers (nursing/counselor/social work or allied health background); ideally pediatric and/or in-home visit experience
- Experience supporting coverage and reimbursement processes for HCP-administered, rare disease products
- Deep understanding of payer policies/processes for coverage, pre-certification, and reimbursement—especially State Medicaid FFS and Managed Medicaid
- Experience with IDNs, academic medical centers, and large health systems
- Empathetic, friendly, relatable; effective communication skills; comfortable speaking with patients/families and HCPs
- Willingness to lead and be part of a commercial team in a demanding environment
- Embraces continuous learning
- Travel required; expected to be in the field meeting stakeholders regularly

Compensation
- MA Pay Range: $250,000 - $300,000 USD
